BATAVIA- Fathers and their daughters ages 3 and up are invited to celebrate the Batavia Park District's 50th anniversary with the popular "Daddy Daughter Date Night" from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 1 at Rotolo Middle School, 1501 S. Raddant Rd. This event has been offered at the park district for 30 years, according to a news release.
This year's dance will have a special princess theme, and couples will enjoy entertainment, dessert, games, a photo booth and of course, plenty of dancing. The cost is $30 per couple and $15 for each additional daughter.
The park district has teamed up with Paragon Flowers to offer a pink or white corsage option when registering. The cost is just $15 and pick-up will be between 2 and 5 p.m. on Feb. 1 at the Civic Center, 327 W. A dinner option is available for an additional cost at Pal Joey’s beginning at 4:30 p.m. The cost is $7 for kids 8 and under, $9 for kids ages 9-12 and $13 for adults. The meal includes pizza, salad and dessert as well as soft drinks, coffee, water and gratuity. Price is per person, and pre-registration is required.
