Financial planning talk set in Geneva

Tax changes in 2019 topic of talk

GENEVA – Financial professional Jenny McAdams will speak on the 2019 tax law changes and implications for estate planning at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 17 at the First Congregational Church of Geneva, 327 Hamilton St., Geneva, according to a press release.

Attorney Steven Lemon of Jones, Lemon and Graham LLP in Geneva will also discuss estate planning from a legal standpoint.

Attendance at the one-hour presentation is free and open to the public, but reservations are recommended by calling the church at 630-232-7143.

McAdams, who has been at Thrivent Financial since 2012, is a holistic financial professional with expertise in financial investments, life insurance and retirement planning.

Lemon, who has been an attorney for 25 years, has extensive experience representing businesses and municipalities in environmental matters. Lemon also does estate planning, including succession planning.
