GENEVA – McCall Family Dentistry in Geneva will once again be promoting a sugar-free smile this Halloween with their seventh annual Candy Buy Back program supporting Operation Gratitude and other local military organizations, the business announced in a news release.
Children can bring their excess unopened candy and will receive $1 per pound donated, up to five pounds from 3 to 6 p.m. Nov. 2 at McCall Family Dentistry, 407 Williamsburg Ave., Geneva.
All participants will be entered in a raffle to win prizes, and will be able to decorate cards and write letters to support our troops overseas.
For the third year in a row, they will also be supporting the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry.
Participants who bring in nonperishable food items to support the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry this holiday season will earn extra raffle tickets.
Last year, the practice collected and donated over 600 pounds of candy for Operation Gratitude and other military organizations in Kane County, the release stated.
