BATAVIA – Marmion Academy's varsity football team, along with the varsity cheerleaders from Rosary High School, will visit Covenant Living at the Holmstad at 4 p.m. today, Oct. 17 for a special practice.

According to a news release from the senior living community, the practice is one way to provide enjoyment for the resident at the Holmstad by having conversations and learning from them as well. Two residents (Wayne Glassman, former Northwestern football player and Jim Covalsky, former all-conference player in St. Charles) will talk with the team about commitment and leadership.

The Holmstad is located at 700 W. Fabyan Parkway, Batavia.
